Agreement

By creating an account or using Submission Copilot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials (or your connected Google account) secure. Free accounts are limited as described on our Pricing page; we may change those limits going forward.

Your content

You keep ownership of the manuscripts, comments, and other content you upload. You're responsible for having the right to upload it, and for anything you share with collaborators you invite to a project.

AI-generated output is advisory, not a guarantee

Review feedback, venue suggestions, reviewer suggestions, and citation checks are generated by AI models and automated search against academic databases and third-party services (see our Privacy Policy). They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — they're a starting point for your own judgment, not an editorial or publication guarantee, and not a substitute for your own citation verification before submission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to upload content you don't have rights to, to abuse or overload the service or the third-party APIs it relies on, or to attempt to access another user's account or project without authorization.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Submission Copilot isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
